Having trouble getting term report by action date, not term date

Hello, Hoping someone can help. We went live with Oracle the 1st of this year and having major difficulties with reporting.

Our management team would like a daily report of terminations. We are not always informed when someone leaves, so I can't use term date as my filter, I have to use when the item was enter into the system. I found a report on the sharing center and they were using "Last Update Date", with the Action Type of Terminate Work Relationship. I edited to show last 3 days however, it is not pulling only terms, its pulling
