Reporting on Learning Communities

What data can we gather to find out the success of Learning CommunitiesContent
We have pushed out, in the last couple of weeks, the Learning Community feature to allow all our employees to share learning/training content. What we cant see, is any data on usage. We have no numbers on people accessing or opening/viewing content. Our management board are asking for this data in some kind of report and we are hard-pushed to extract any.
