Is there a way to globally change users' timezone preference in OTBI?

Hi!

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to globally change the OTBI timezone preference for all users?

Also, when this preference is changed, is the idea that the time dimensions within the OTBI Subject Areas be defaulted to this timezone too?
