Unable to Export HTML Narrative View for OLC Learning Certificate

Hello,

I followed this post to create an Oracle Learning Cloud certificate in OTBI using HTML with the attached report and Narrate View code. It is displaying properly in OTBI, but I'm not able to export or save as a PDF. I receive the attached error. Does anyone have any idea what is causing the error?
