Trying to do Hire and Rehire of employee in single dat file

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to load hire record along with the rehire record in single dat file. When I am trying, I am facing issue. 

Eg: worker joined 1/1/2000 then followed by his historical records then termination of the work relationship on 31/12/2004. Then again his new work relationship row rehire with start date 1/1/2010

I am facing issue when doing in single worker dat file.

Can anyone share me sample dat file if you guys already achieved this type of requirement.
