Universal Name Style

Hi All - Hope you are doing well!

Is there any way to apply Universal Name style to all the countries. Ours is a Global implementation with 60 countries. There is a requirement to have same name style (last name, first name, title, and middle names) to all the countries. Instead of doing to it individually to all countries, just want to check if there is a simpler way to achieve this.
