Default value from table, character value set in DFF

Hi,

We have a value set which is querying values from lookup and returns one value based on login person id.

How can we default this value for in DFF field based on login person id?

I am able to see only one value as a dropdown based on login person.

Business Scenario: Based on login person grade display different document URL in the DOR.

Kindly help.
