I would like to hide fields if they are empty

Hello,

Does anyone know about a rule / a way that I could use in order to hide fields if they are empty ?

It is happening a lot with Descriptive Flexfields, I would like them to be display when an information is filled in but if the field is empty, then, I would like to hide it.
