Is there a way we can report on newly hired employees who have selected a certain benefit option during their enrollment period? Our new hires are allow to enroll in benefits before they are eligible. Once their eligibility date passes they are technically enrolled and we can then report on their elections.
We need to pass a file to an external vendor once the employee selects a particular option during their enrollment. However, since our new hires are not eligible for 30 days, they are not technically enrolled in this option - even though they did select that option.
