Hi Everyone,
My client has a requirement and I am trying to determine what is the best way to configure/design the system to support the need.
Hiring Manager identifies the need to hire and contacts the HR Representative
HR Representative works with the Hiring Manager to define the job description, organization details, primary location, etc.
HR Representative works with Compensation to review compensation components to modify/add/remove and delete
HR Representative then consults TA Regional Lead to create the actual job requisition and assigns to a Recruiter to Fill
What would be a few options to support this process? For example, should the job requisition process start within ORC with the Hiring Manager initiating the job requisition (with limited fields) and then create additional Recruiter type roles that could be used for the HRBP and Compensation team to add their components to the job requisition before it goes to the Regional TA Lead.
