Requisition Consolidation created in different BU for same items to be created as single PO under one BU as a part of Centralized procurement stratergy

Hi All,

 

We have requirement to consolidate the requirement from Different requisition BU's  for the same item and then create a single PO.

This is part of Centralized procurement. This will reduce buyer's administrative work.

EX: Below is the example

BU1  Item A -1000 nos

BU2 Item A- 2000 nos

BU3 Item A - 3000 nos.

Now, when Purchase order is created , it should create it one PO in Central BU with 3 lines.Currently system is not allowing to club multiple requisition from different BU's into single PO, whereas it allows to create single RFQ for different requisitions from different BU's.
