Multiple assignment allowed in employment model 'Single Contract - Single Assignment'

Hi All,

At enterprise level, we have selected employment model as 'Single Contract - Single Assignment' but still we can add multiple assignment for the current period using Quick Action > Add Assignment.

Need to know if it is allowed to create multiple assignments even if we have selected SC-SA employment model, what exactly is the difference between Multiple Assignment now.  

I could think of one answer is that as we don't have any employment model as MA-SC this functionality has been enabled.
