Roles Pop up when submitting Employment change

Hello Everyone,
My client is facing an issue.
The HR corrects employment record > clicks review > clicks Submit.
Before submitting the transaction, a pop up box is displayed named "Roles" with no details inside. I am aware that this box appears to validate if user needs to add/remove any roles.
While this is not an issue, it does not serve any purpose.
How can we remove this pop up? I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
