Creating HDSL Template for Element Entries

Hi experts,
We have a requirement within our business to load certain data as an element entry, and update/check this information every 3 months per auditing requirements. With the notification that Batch Loader is being decommissioned in 20D, I have been trying to implement a way to load this data using Data Loader. I've come across this template:
I've followed this guide and created a Spreadsheet template using the instructions but when trying to load the data using the spreadsheet I receive the following error message:
