Approval delegation section is missing after 20B Upgrade from responsive UI

Approval delegation section is missing after 20B Upgrade from responsive UI.

The section was visible before 20A and but after upgrade to 20B this section is hidden from user account page in responsive UI.

Due to this, HR Admin are not able to delegate approval on behalf of employee.

Please advice .
