20B with NUX Pages - Faceted search for managers

The default search for managers from My Team>Learning is Not Passed (which we do not use), Withdrawn, and Completed. Most of our managers reviewing Learning are looking to see what needs to be done yet, which for us would be: No Offering Selected, Not Started, and In Progress so we would like to update the default search accordingly.

We have an SR in with Oracle who indicated that the default should be able to be changed via page composer, but they cannot provide assistance with Page Composer.

Would anyone be able to assist us?
