RUI - Manage Employment Vs Change Assignment workflow

Hello All, 

We have recently turn on the RUI for change assignment . In Classic UI -  we used Employment screen for actions such as "Assignment change"," Leave of Absence", etc  with various reasons and we had approval route " MANAGE EMPLOYMENT " workflow  configured. When ever there was an edit or correct in the employment page " Manage employment rule triggered accordingly, But in RUI there is a new link called "CHANGE ASSIGNMENT" . All the action related to manage employment are showing under the actions, when we initiate action with in link the approval rule auto approves . We have not set up this rule
