Create Job Requisition Security Profile

I am creating a Job Requisition Security Profile and wants to control is based on particular BU. Where do I define the BU? 

Our requirement is that a person should be able to create and view job for their own BU. 

On this page, I just see a checkbox but don;t see where to add the BU.
