After upgrading our non production environment to 20B, we lost the Pay icon that gives access to Pay Slips and Payment Methods

We recently upgraded our non production environment to 20B. During regression testing after upgrading our non production environment to 20B, we lost the Pay icon that gives access to Pay Slips and Payment Methods. There is no change in configuration. Production configuration on 20A matches the configuration in TEST environment with 20B.
