File based integration - If file contains alias name, export is failing

Hi,

I am trying to load a file in data management. In system we have member names as 100000, 110000, etc. and alias contains names. If the file which we are loading has alias name, then export is failing. But when we replace it with member name it succeeds. 

We wish to load it via alias in file. Is there any setting in data management for this?
