Language block on the career site cannot be opened

Hi, 

I create an application flow and all blocks works but one does not work : Language

When I go on the career site and apply, I click on the "Add language +" and the block is not open. 

In the Person Profile type > Language , I inform that the first field is "Language" with the Item Value Set "Languages". 

I checked in the Content Item Value, several  languages are enabled. 

See screenshot attached. 

I tried before with the same bloc but the Language field was a Text and not the Item Value Set and It was working.

 

Do you know where is the issue in my setting for this block ?
