Hi, 

I have noticed that rejected notification is not getting triggered to the candidate, Recruiter, and HM. When I use action rejected by the employer and withdrawn by the candidate. Only notification and email is getting triggered when anything happened in the offer phase. I have checked into the system there is no notification for another phase. So I want to notified to HM and Recruiter when the candidate withdraws his profile. 

When the recruiter rejected the candidate profile notification should to Recruiter, HM, and Candidate. How I achieve this requirement.
