Mark attendance and absence to a learning offering

Hello,

Do you know how to mark that an employee did not attended an offering? I have a case of many employees that enrolled to an offering but did not attended. I want to mark in the activity the absence in order that the employee can enroll on a future offering. Is it possible? How can I do it?
