The sources are blank when a candidate referred is applying for a job directly from career site

Hi Team,

I observed that if a candidate is referred by an agent and he applies for the same job then the source is getting captured properly.

But if the same candidate goes to the career site again later and try to apply for another job, then the sources are blank on that job requisition. I am not able to understand if the candidate is directly applying from the organization career site then the source should be captured accordingly.

Attached the screenshot, Did anyone else observed this behaviour.
