Set dropdown arrow sign expanded by default

Set dropdown arrow sign expanded by default to make DFF visible by default, without the action of clicking on the arrow

Hi all!

In the Learning Course Offerings Available page, What to learn > Browse catalog > Select learning item > click on View offerings, here we have the offerings available for the course.

On this page, we have setted DFF which are appearing only when we click on the dropdown arrow. I would like the DFF to be displayed everytime, without the action of clicking on this arrow because the customer does not have this habit.

With page composer I tried to delete the arrow, to take the row and to display it higher in the list but nothing worked.
