Work Structure HCM Extract issue

We are creating HCM extracts for Work Structure and not able to find a User entity that is returning data. For example, to extract Job we used PER_EXT_SEC_JOB_UE and no data is getting returned. I tried PER_EXT_SEC_HISTORY_JOB_UE and facing the same issue.
I even tried making PER_EXT_WORKSTRUCTURES_UE as the root and joining PER_EXT_SEC_HISTORY_JOB_UE as a child and still not result.
In seeded extract - Work Structure - Job Export the UE used is PER_EXT_JOB_CHANGES_UE. The description of this UE is Obsolete. Do not use it. Could you please help us to find the correct User Entity to be used for below work structures?
