Best BPA method for item prices across two ship-to organizations

Is there a best practice for managing an item within a BPA that has different pricing for two ship-to organizations?

Scenario:

Item 1234 from Vendor X has a price of $1.50 if the ship-to org is Org A

Item 1234 from Vendor X has a price of $1.80 if the ship-to org is Org B

(In some cases an item will also have price breaks within each Org)

Ideally, we would like to maintain 1 BPA per vendor and have each item-org appear as a seperate line on this BPA however, it appears that the org can only be specified in a price break which makes this cumbersome to setup and maintain. Is there a way to specify and view the org at the line level without drilling into the price break or would best practice be having a BPA for each respective organization?
