New hire default roles

when creating a new hire, can we assigne a role by default to the employee?

Hi all

Is there something that we can setup so that when we create a new hire, that we can select to have a default role assigned to that employee

without going to the security console.

Example: a new hire that need the standard employee role, can we setup something in the new hire task to select that will give the employee that role.
