Onboarding Checklist Configuration - offset day

Hi, 

 

I meet some difficulties to set the Onboarding based on the client request. 

I would like to define some tasks before a specific action. 

For example, the task "create corporate email" should be send 3 days before the hire date. 

So,the setting done :

• In the checklist I define action "Hire"
• In my task I define Offset days "-3". 
• Task duration : 3 days

When I test my setting : 

• I create a new person 
• Define the hire date (for example may,25th)

When I have this setting, the task is not sent before the action "hire" is performed. 

When I allocate manually, the offset day count from the allocated date.
