Hi,

I've received a request to build an absence report using the 'Workforce Management Absence Calendar Details Real Time' SA where absences by month will be calculated e.g. if someone has 21 days off in April I want the absence to be split by month e.g. 20 days of April and 1 day in May.

I have looked in the subject area description and it says "To view data in this subject area, the ESS job named Daily Breakdown has to be run".

Can someone explain clearly what this is and what it entails please? Is there a document available that I could follow? I haven't run any OBI system admin processes before so I hope it isn't too complicated. I found another thread similar to this regarding but I've struggled to follow it.
