Show Primary location as Global

Hi, at the moment when our business enters a primary location onto a REQ it will only state the country or city.

They have ask for an option in the primary location to state "global" as the majority of our roles can be worked anywhere in the world.

I don't believe this can change as there is lots of factors that is connected to the location of a role.

Can anyone help?
