Bell Notification setting to control approval

Summary

Currently , we have option under Notification bell icon about pending Notification & All Notification. Somehow this functionality is not working. Please let me know if anyone know how to resolve this

Also, I have created task under more details but somehow it’s not pulling only approvals needed requests. Its pulling the entire list ( Requests which are pening for approval & requests which are already approved.
