Unable to find Assignment Category field in Position Real Time subject Area

When creating a position, we are using 3 fields on the setup - Assignment Category, Full-time/Part-time, and Regular Temporary. We need to build a report with all of these fields however when we pull from Position Real time we are unable to find the Assignment Category field. Is it called something else or is it unavailable in OTBI?
