Department name not available in Position Subject area - causing duplicate row

Looking to report on position listing and incumbent information and getting duplicate row

Hi there, I have created a report based on position and have added worker assignments to it to get the incumbent information, but I seem to be getting duplicate rows. Looks like the issue is that the department on the assignment is different than the department on the position, but I want to restrict the report to the Dept position, but can't seem to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
