How to deal with Chinese name entered in Candidate Application when moving to HR Phase

Dear All,

How we should design external career Site and application flow up to HR phase to deal with Chinese or countries where External candidate enters their Name details local language. As once they Enter say Chinese Char for their Name. What will happen when we move them to HR phase. Does HR needs to move all these name to Local Name and get English Name to enter in Global Name.
