Hi everyone,

 

We have run across several instances whereby the assignment names are out of sync with job name.

We do not enter the assignment name and assume that since these are automatically generated that they would always be the same.

Oracle does build in rules that if job name is the same for multiple assignments, the job name is appended with the assignment sequence.

We are seeing inconsistent results with rehiring an employee or hiring a contingent worker.

The problem we have is Oracle instructs us how to the error (edit or HDL), but we get no indicating on what is causing the issue.
