Filter Formula to automatically fill in the Hiring Manager based on user logged in

Is there a formula that will auto-populate a filter based on the user logged in (running the report)

I am developing an additional tab within Hiring to populate a dashboard to show a list of candidates / applicants within the CSP of the user's requisitions.

For recruiters, it is ok to have the report pull every candidate and simply have a prompt to select where recruiter = their name. For the Hiring Managers, they only need to see THEIR candidates assigned to their requisitions. I don't want to provide a prompt for Hiring Manager or Recruiter. If possible, I would like to develop a formula to filter where Hiring Manager = the logged in user... similar to how you can set a filter off a dynamic date for >= [current_date] in a date field.
