Looking for a way to delete a document from an employee's DOR

I have created a custom DOR Document Type and Document Category and allowed the type to be able to delete, edit and multiple occurances. I am able to successfully load a document to an employee's record. However, I'm not sure how to delete if needed. Does the functionality only exist to delete the attachement or can I delete the whole record?
