Is multiple enterprise setup on the horizon?

Trying to find out if Oracle is considering allowing setup of multiple enterprises.

Does anybody know if Oracle is considering allowing a multiple enterprise setup on a single environment within the Oracle Cloud product?  I thought that I had heard at one point that this was being considered in order to allow service based organizations to use a single environment to support multiple customers.
