Subject area for individual compensation

Hi , I`m trying to build a report for bonus payments that we make to employees for various bonus plans we have - recognition, excellence etc. I can not find this field in any of the subject areas. It sits under individual compensation on the navigation menu and then prior compensation. Thank you
