Global Search for Payroll Actions

Is there a way to show Payroll Actions, like Calculation Cards, Element Entries, etc in the Actions associated to People in the Global Search?

We are in the midst of implementing responsive pages for Payroll Professional users in 20B testing environments, and feedback has been that there is no longer an easy way to search for an employee and be able to see all Payroll actions for that employee with the new responsive design.  To potentially assist with this, is there a way to show the Payroll related actions when you search for an employee in the Global Search?  Right now, it seems that there are only Employment related actions showing by an employee's name using the Global Search.  We have just setup Global
