Added a Video (.mp4) into Catalog Resources and status says 'Processing Failed' even after manual running of "Video Transcoding and Processing" Process

Hi,

I managed to upload a video into Catalog Resources, and when we run the "Video Transcoding and Processing" Process, the status of the process is "Warning" with the following log:

Fri Jun 12 01:39:58 UTC 2020: Checking for job incompatibility
Fri Jun 12 01:39:58 UTC 2020: Found an active job processing videos - JobId 157620


Did a check in the Catalog Resources and the status of the video is "Processing Failed" (Image attached).

Any idea how to resolve this issue?
