Contingent Worker HR Admin View Payslip

Best approach for CWK to gain access to View Payslip as an HR administrator

The employee role has the privilege of View Payslip.  The contingent worker role does not have the View Payslip.  We have a Contingent Worker who is working in our HR department.  The contingent worker is not able to view payslips.  I would rather not give the seeded or custom employee role to the contingent worker.  I also would rather not have to create a custom Contingent Worker unless that is the best approach.

I would have thought that HR "person" be able to View Payslip if their job role allowed it instead of View Payslip being solely based off employee role.
