When attempting to view a resume in ORC I receive the following error: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default App settings page. 

 

When looking at the title of the document it ends in OneNote- not sure if this helps ore not. 

 

Is this error normal and expected? And what exactly is it implying?
