Questions in a Requisition Template via HDL

Hello,

I am loading the Requisition Templates in ORC via HDL and attaching few Pre-Screening questions too in the same file. However, I also want to mark the question as "Required" but I don't see any such attribute in dat file or the business object. Has anyone done this or can someone suggest a workaround to mark the question as "Required"?
