How create validators in descriptive flexfields with Groovy Expression Builder

Hi All.

I created a flexfield in My Client Groups > People Management > Employment.

How do I validate with Groovy in this flexfiled?

Example 1: receives summation value from other flexfields on the same screen

Example 2: cannot be greater than 100.

Does anyone have an example?
