All candidates can create their accounts on Taleo Social Sourcing with their emails, but when the candidate forget their account, the candidate prefer to create another account with another email. This generate accounts duplicates on Taleo Recruiting.
 
It's possible to create account on Taleo Social Sourcing with Social Security Number Validation?, the social security number is unique for each candidate.
