Error - Total gross payments for an employee are negative. Negative payments aren't allowed.

Hi All,

          We are running payroll and one particular employee is failing because of the error below. Nothing seems to be an issue. He has enough earnings to have deductions go through. The only workaround which is working for us is by removing the Vacation element it works. But we want to process using the vacation element  Any pointers on this issue will be much appreciated.
