Benefits - Events in Started Status

Report of events in Started StatusContent
Hi All
I am trying to run a report of employees who have life events that are in Started Status. I am getting multiple lines for employees who have only 1 event, no voided or backed out events, that has been evaluated and is now in started status. In the Number of Enrolments it will advise that there are 6 enrollments which is incorrect.
I am using the Benefits - Enrolment Real Time subject area and also Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time to include Country. I have linked the data by using # of Enrolments and Assignment count.
