Change My Team Learning Page Focus

We have a business request to change the My Team Learning page focus from the "Search by Learner" tab to the "Search by Manager" tab.   I know we can move the tabs around with page composer.   However we want the focus to be on the "Search by Manager" tab on page entry.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to meet this request?
